Our order sales lines are open from 0800-1730 Monday-Friday, we are here to help, if you have any questions or concerns please telephone. If you prefer to email, you can do so at, we aim to respond within 24 hrs.


We despatch all orders on a next day delivery service for UK mainland, subject to product availability. Orders for stock items received before 15:00 will be despatched the same day. You will receive your order any time up to 1800hrs the next day.

A signature is required at point of delivery, the driver is not permitted leave goods any where else without your prior consent.

In the event that you are not at home for any reason to take delivery the goods will be returned to the couriers depot, you may be charged for a further delivery.

Please check you are signing for the correct number of items (as shown on your delivery documents). We cannot accept responsibility for an item you sign for but do not receive.

Reporting Delivery Shortages

Please report any shortages as soon as you can, or within 5 working days.


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product and wish to return it, for any reason, please notify us by telephone or email.
